is the 4th's hokages wife, the student of jjiraiya, (one of the 3 kids (one with the renningan))

Nope :) i believe the fourth hokages wifes name is Kushina.
nothing much had been revealed about her so far except that she was Naruto's Mother, and the wife of the 4'th Hokage :)

The three kids who Jaraiya had thought were Nagato, Yahiko, and Konan<--(the blue haired girl)

She was from the Land of Whirlpools and was apparently a tomboy. Tsunade says that Naruto is just like her in terms of his personality and his style of ninjutsu, but he looks exactly like his father.
