Super Sayian Secret Society Posts: 145 Group: Members Member #306 Joined: May 8, 2008	I haven't really watched dragon ball GT yet, and i know it's not made by the creator of dragon ball/z. Do you think it's any good? or is is really bad compared to dragon ball/z?

Over 9000 Posts: 85 Group: Members Member #589 Joined: September 5, 2008	********SPOILER ALERT********* DBGT is... quite disappointing. So many plot holes and inconsitencies to DB/Z. The ending of DBZ is so happy but the ending of GT ruins it. Not to mention how weak the characters are-- Pan was shown to have great potential at the end of DBZ but she doesn't even go SSJ and actually seems weaker than she was when she was 5 (kind of like her father lol) Trunks, Gohan, and Goten are too weak... I could see Gohan and Goten getting weaker because of peaceful times Chi-Chi wanting them to study more, but Trunks?! I think Vegeta would've made him train hard to make sure he becomes stronger than Goku's sons. And they've got Trunks's attitude all wrong and made him too much like Future Trunks-- not like Vegeta and too polite. I would've liked to see Trunks and Goten hang out more and fuse. Not to mention the whole HFIL thing... the evil are supposed to lose their bodies when they die-- so much for the whole 2nd saga! lol

It is a bit random, the bad guys sorta suck (not even close to cell, frieza etc), it's not really funny, the power levels seem kinda messed up (doesn't make sense most of the time), the characters are all wrong (like Vegeta being almost NICE), the first (I think) sixteen episodes sucked so much that they cut them all together into one compilation episode which goes through the events in quick succession because they were too embarassed to show them on tv and that stupid little robot in it annoys me so much that I want to hurt myself (Giru I thinkhe was called?). But apart from that it's great! Seriously! ahem.... Although I have to say, ssj4 is actually pretty cool. About the only good thing about DBGT. And by the way, to ssj4xBroly, I think the downfall for the DB franchise was when Toriyama stopped drawing the manga and making up good characters and stories.
