but, if i had to choose at least one then probably the one where cell and freiza and all the other bad guys get resurrected...that was fairly cool i suppose...

 id say when goku turns into ss for the first time ever in the frieza saga. i cant remember what number but its called finally transformed. idk about gt though. i havnt watched it yet
