I mean if you're in a fight and you can use blood-bending to stop the enemy, would you stay away from using it??? Doubt it. Katara is definitely not evil anyway. She may be a bit harder but that's good isn't it? If she's a warrior she has to fight. Do you seriously think that, in a fight to the death, she should hold back because she feels that morally, controlling people is wrong because she's violating their free will? Are you freaking kidding me? If she's not using it to hurt the innocent, she's not doing anything evil.
